Resume Kuliah Pertama :
On Monday, September 4, 2017 at 13.00 to 15.30 in room B1 - C3 I follow the course Consumer Behavior. This course is the first course that I attended in the 5th semester. Lecturers who brought this course is Prof. Dr. Ir Ujang Sumarwan, Msc. He is a figure of fun, one of which is at the time of the lecture material. He also like to ask questions to his students.
In this first Consumer behavior has three perspectives, decision-making, experiential, and behavioral influence perspective. Consumer “The discipline of consumer behavior is one of social sciences, which is using research methods from psychology, sociology, economy, and anthropology in order to investigate human behavior as a consumer” (Sumarwan 2011).
In consumer behavior, necessary divided into two factor there is utility factor and stimulation factor. The stimulation factor include primary factor and secondary factor. Primary factor is like a feel hungry and thirsty and then the secondary factor appear when a consumer want to do something because their environment, for example want to hangout in beautiful places and etc. The Utility factor have two point, there is utilitarian factor and expressive factor.The utilitarian is a necessary that consumer need or objective, but the expressive is a necessary for hedonism consumer.
